Hudson River Park Trust has decided that only skateboarders and rollerbladers can use this park because of “policy.” We believe this decision has nothing to do with the longevity of the park, it’s design, or the current users of the park. This is pure discrimination against all other users who should have access to this public facility.

Please join us at the Battery Park City Library, 175 North End Avenue in Manhattan at Pier 62 on Tuesday June 22, 6:30pm to respectfully voice our disapproval and tell them the facts.

ENC is a group of friends who have been riding BMX bikes for years.We often go on "trips" and try to spend time in an interesting way.Thanks to the bike,we have got fantastic relationships and due to the ride,we can give the best of ourselves.We aren't pro-riders.We don't buy new parts everyday,but we simply want to ride and get a lot of fun from that. Thanks to the BMX ride,we can do quite a lot. Hereby,we ask you for some help because we think you are good people who can be authority at times and who may help us.Our friend Mikołaj Stelmach(19 years old) had plans he wanted to fulfil.However,fate sometimes seems to be cruel:-the diagnosis of a cancer of the leg's bone forces the postponement of all those plans.At present in Poland,there are no possibilities of treatment as the only solution is an intensive amputation. However, a real chance has emerged in emerged in the USA, to carry out a surgery that can save his leg.We are appealing all people having some goodwill.We desire to have recourse to kind-hearted people;as money is going to be necessary for the flight,check-ups,surgery and rehabilitation.Therefore,in this connection he needs a massive relief.We are one of the many giving assistance to Mikołaj,but still,this is too little.We are anxious to do something for him.It's a pleasure that we can do something selfess for our friend.We are counting on your help.We have already produced series of charitable T-shirts for Mikołaj.Now,we would like to produce a short film that will help us plug the T-shirts so as to be bought by more people.That way,those people would also have the possibility to help. We would like everyone to record a short film,in which you would introduce yourself,then would say:"Give life! eNC" and would add something apart.Afterwards,you would send us that short film.Your records will be enclosed in the film plugging relief for Mikołaj.We strongly believe that thanks to your help,more people will be interested in helping Mikołaj.It cost you nothing and you can really do a lot for Mikołaj.Together,we can really achieve much more!
